Service Project Review Packages
Eagle Scout service project review packages are due to the Council Service Center or to the district chairman by the Friday before roundtable (first Thursday of each month). Any packages turned in after that date may not be reviewed at the upcoming meeting.
The electronic format of the workbook is preferred. E-mail it to Scott Hagler at
scott.hagler@scouting.org

Preparing the Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook
Scouts can use a helpful guide that explains how to plan the project, write up the proposal, carry out the work and prepare the final report. The district committee uses its guidelines to approve and make recommended changes to the workbook.

Attending the Review Session
A Scout may attend the review session of his Eagle Scout service project. This is not required, but it is strongly suggested. This would give the Scout an opportunity to help the review team better understand his project and give the them a chance to make suggestions.
