Journey to Excellence
For 2011 the Journey to Excellence Award will replace the Centennial Quality Unit Award.
This new program is a way to recognize your unit in the areas of:
- Advancement
- Outdoor program
- Service projects
- Training
- Membership
- Retention
- Leadership
- Budgeting
The requirements set a framework for evaluating your unit and help assess how you’re doing in
those key areas. With each requirement you rate your performance against specific standards
Gold, Silver, Bronze or did not meet minimum standard. There are specific requirements for a
Pack, Troop, and a Crew.
