Summer Camp Fees
Camper Fees for Boy
Scouts
The cost per camper will be $175*, and units should submit their
payments by the following dates:
March 12: $50 per camper is due.
May 7: Additional $50 per camper due.
June 2: Remaining balance due. If balance is not received, the fee will
increase $30 per camper.
*Troops that agree to participate in
the 2008 Popcorn Sale and support a Friends of Scouting campaign will
have their cost per camper reduced to $155.
Adult Fees
The Youth Protection Policies of BSA require at least two adult leaders
per Troop be present on camp property at all times.
One adult must be 21-years-old or older, while the other may be 18.
Additional adults may attend for free based on the
following schedule according to the number of registered boys attending:
15 boys= 3 free adults
25 boys = 4 free adults
35 boys= 5 free adults
45 boys= 6 free adults
For all other adults, a charge of $75 each will apply. Units may elect
to exchange adults during the week with no additional charge as long as
their total number does not exceed the schedule above.
Camp Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made in
writing. Each troop will be allowed one no-show. Requests for Scouts
departing camp early for any reason will not be honored. Refunds are not
issued at camp. Once verified, a check will be mailed from the council
office.
Requests made prior to 5-1-08:
All fees will be returned.
Requests received after 5-1-08 and before the troop arrival date:
All fees minus $100 will be returned.
